Technical Report One consists of a compliance check with ASHRAE Standard 62.1-2007, ventillation calculations, and system comparisons with ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2007.

Technical Report Two contains results from building loads, energy simulation, and emission analysis for Hunter's Point South School. Energy usage and cost is also modeled as well. These calculations were performed using Trane TRACE 700.

Technical Report Three contains a clear, concise summary of the building's mechanical system. This analysis includes: design requirements, external influences, mechanical equipment, system configurations, LEED analysis, and controls.
